Highly Sensitive Refractive Index Sensor Based on in-Fiber Optofluidic Fabry-Pérot Interferometer

We propose and fabricate a Fabry-Perot interferometer based on single-hole dual-core fiber to enable microfluidic functionality within the fiber. Experimental results demonstrate a refractive index (RI) sensitivity of −7099.50 nm/RIU.
