Spinning-Disk Coherent Anti-Stokes Raman Scattering Microscopy at a Record Frame Rate of 276 FPS
A high-speed polarization coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering microscopy is realized by integrating a high-power laser and a spinning-disk system. We demonstrate video of polystyrene beads in microfluidics at 276 fps and 3D imaging of Drosophila. © 2024 The Author(s).
