Mode Characterization of an InP Subwavelength Resonator

We present the demonstration of a subwavelength InP resonator supporting a Bound State in the Continuum. The measured scattering spectrum reveals a BIC-like mode, characterized by a Q-factor significantly influenced by the resonator's structural dimension. © 2024 The Authors.

Abstract

We present the demonstration of a subwavelength InP resonator supporting a Bound State in the Continuum. The measured scattering spectrum reveals a BIC-like mode, characterized by a Q-factor significantly influenced by the resonator's structural dimension. © 2024 The Authors.
