Octave-Spanning Supercontinuum Generation in Suspended AlGaAs Waveguides
Low-loss suspended AlGaAs waveguides are formed by combined plasma dry etching and chemical wet etching. Octave-spanning supercontinuum (1000–2250 nm) is generated in a 2-mm-long suspended AlGaAs waveguide with 20 pJ pump pulse energy. © 2024 The Author(s)
