Broadband Mid-infrared Kerr Comb Generation in Suspended AlGaAs Microresonators
Suspended AlGaAs microring resonator is formed by optimized plasma dry-etching and surface treatment. Mid-infrared Kerr comb generation covering from 1250 nm to 5450 nm is demonstrated with a pump at 2.7 μm.
