High-performance miniaturized computational spectrometers with van der Waals junctions

By combining the electrically tunable optical response of the carefully chosen two-dimensional materials-based van der Waals junctions with the computational algorithm, we demonstrate high-performance miniaturized optical spectrometers covering a wide spectral range with nanometre-scale spectral resolution.
