Enhance Photoluminescence of MoS2 Sandwiched in Dielectric Photonic Crystals by Bloch Surface Mode

We realize the idea of sandwiching the MoS2 monolayer between photonic crystal multilayers and a nanobeam cavity through transfer printing. The high-Q Bloch surface mode in such integrations significantly enhances the photoluminescence of MoS2.
