A Novel Power-efficient Hybrid Asymmetrically Clipped Optical OTFS For Visible Light Communications

We propose a novel power-efficient hybrid asymmetrically clipped optical orthog-onal time frequency space (HACO-OTFS) scheme for visible light communications. It has high power efficiency and low transmitter complexity and is suitable for power-constrained scenarios.
