Intersubband Polaritonic Metasurfaces Using InAs/AlSb Multiple Quantum Wells in Short-Wavelength Infrared

Intersubband polaritonic metasurfaces offer precise control over resonance peak, amplitude, and phase through application of electrical biases. In this study, we present intersubband polaritonic metasurfaces working in short-wavelength infrared region using InAs/AlSb multiple quantum well structures.

Abstract

Intersubband polaritonic metasurfaces offer precise control over resonance peak, amplitude, and phase through application of electrical biases. In this study, we present intersubband polaritonic metasurfaces working in short-wavelength infrared region using InAs/AlSb multiple quantum well structures.
