A Fully Automatic High-Resolution EUV Monochromator for EUV metrology applications

We develop a fully automatic EUV monochromator, and demonstrate real-time wavelength tuning and in-situ and in-line spectrum measurement. This is an ideal tool for EUV metrology applications.
