Investigation of Light Propagation in Human Skin Using Zemax OpticStudio

We report a 9-layer skin model simulation which simulates vein imaging across different wavelengths. Wavelength dependence of vein imaging in human skin was determined by simulating the optical properties of the human skin. © 2024 Satya Prasanna Mallick, Parishkrith A, Angitha Sajeevan, Sooraj R S, Vandana Sharma, Ram Gopal
