Longitudinal Imaging of Conjunctival Goblet Cells in Mice Under Hyperosmotic Stress
Conjunctival goblet cells (CGCs) are specialized cells that secrete mucins onto the surface of the eye. Mucin secretion is induced by hyperosmotic stress and the change of the cells is tracked by moxifloxacin-based fluorescence microscopy.
