Visible Light Coherent Diffractive Imaging for Biological Tissues

We develop coherent diffractive imaging at visible wavelength for biological tissues and apply ptychographic image reconstruction algorithms to retrieve the phases. Our experiments suggest that ~80% overlap between adjacent probes offers optimized performance in terms of speed and resolution. © 2024 The Author(s)

Abstract

We develop coherent diffractive imaging at visible wavelength for biological tissues and apply ptychographic image reconstruction algorithms to retrieve the phases. Our experiments suggest that ~80% overlap between adjacent probes offers optimized performance in terms of speed and resolution. © 2024 The Author(s)
