Characteristics of Chaos in a Whispering-Gallery Mode Semiconductor Microlasers

We propose and demonstrate whispering-gallery circular-side hexagonal resonator microlasers to realize chaotic sources for secure communication. The autocorrelation function and the slope of the correlation integral confirm that the experimental time series are chaotic random signals. © 2024 The Author(s)

Abstract

We propose and demonstrate whispering-gallery circular-side hexagonal resonator microlasers to realize chaotic sources for secure communication. The autocorrelation function and the slope of the correlation integral confirm that the experimental time series are chaotic random signals. © 2024 The Author(s)
