Research on the Direction of Re-education for Instructors for the Convergence of Dance and Technology

This study aimed to explore re-education directions for dance instructors that align with contemporary demands for integrating art and technology. The advancement of technology and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic have made, incorporating technological approaches into dance education increasingly important. However, existing re-education programs have failed to address these needs adequately. Through in-depth interviews with three dance education experts, this study identified key directions for instructor re-education. The findings suggest that instructors must develop a foundational understanding of technology, explore its applicability in educational settings, and engage in active participation. Moreover, ongoing support and the creation of collaborative learning environments are essential. These findings lay the groundwork for future re-education programs for dance instructors, contributing to the qualitative growth of dance education.
