MODELO PARA DECISÃO EM GESTÃO DE DRAGAGEM NA HIDROVIA DO RIO MADEIRA
This meticulous and detailed study articulates the integration of the Multicriteria Decision Support Methodology (MCDA) with a rigorous analysis focused on financial and operational sustainability, which is fundamental in the management of dredging the Madeira River waterway. The project aims to develop an integrated model that not only prioritizes dredging investments efficiently but also promotes responsible and sustainable management of water resources. This work underscores the critical importance of informed and balanced decision making, incorporating a variety of criteria and considering the interests of multiple stakeholders. With this, the study proposes to establish a comprehensive and robust protocol, aimed at guiding strategic decisions in the management of the waterway. This protocol aims to ensure that each decision made is not only operationally efficient but also sustainable and aligned with the long-term objectives for the sustainable development of the region.
