Designing a Physical Therapy Protocol for Middle School Children with Learning Difficulty
The prevalence of learning disabilities among children has become a significant concern, with the need for effective interventions that can improve their everyday functioning. Physical therapy has been increasingly recognized as a valuable form of treatment for children with learning disabilities, as it can address their motor coordination, posture, and balance issues that often coincide with their cognitive challenges. Despite the benefits of physical therapy for children with learning disabilities, there is a gap in the literature when it comes to establishing a standardized protocol for addressing their unique needs. This research aims to design a comprehensive physical therapy protocol specifically tailored to the needs of children with learning disabilities, taking into account their individual strengths and challenges. By synthesizing existing research and incorporating expert input, this study seeks to provide a framework for physical therapists to effectively address the complex needs of this population.
