Probability Characteristics of Gompertz Model with Different Kinds of Colored Noise Excitation (invited talk)
We explore the steady-state probability distribution of Gompertz model in tumor growth rate for two different kinds of colored noise with exponential correlation functions, namely, for Ornstein–Uhlenbeck process and Markovian dichotomous noise. Comparing the behavior of the steady-state distributions depending on the correlation time of these noises with the same power, we establish the influence of the probability characteristics of fluctuations on the original system.
