Analyzing the Comprehensive Efficacy of a Digital Platform - Based the Mental Fitness Program for Pastoral Wives -

The purpose of this study is to implement a ‘positive mental fitness program’ for pastor's wives and to comprehensively verify its effects on their emotions, lives, and spirituality. The pre and post-tests of the experimental group (n 27) and the control group (n 27) were compared using SPSS 21.0. The results showed significant effects on negative emotions, resilience, and spiritual well-being in the experimental group, but when the effects were compared with the control group, only spiritual well-being was found to be significant. To understand the impact and meaning of participation in the program on the lives of pastor's wives, the participants' reflections were analyzed using the text network method with NetMiner 4.5, and it was found that the experimental group improved their psycho-spiritual well-being, resilience, gratitude, strengths, and optimism, and re-recognized themselves as ‘growing wives’. The results of this study were used to discuss the importance and implications of the pastor's wives’ education.
