The impact of Marfan syndrome and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome on the risk of penile fracture in patients between 18 and 45 years
Patients with EDS and MFS are possibly at an elevated risk for PF. Due to the limitations of the TriNetX database, the analysis was limited to a univariate one, thus limiting the ability to control for confounders and limiting the generalizability of these findings. Further prospective research is needed to corroborate these findings.
