ALIENAÇÃO PARENTAL "PROTEÇÃO E PREVENÇÃO: A LUTA CONTRA A ALIENAÇÃO PARENTAL NO CONTEXTO JURÍDICO"
The objective of this article is to address parental alienation, which is a set of actions aimed at distancing a child or adolescent from one of the parents, usually through emotional or psychological manipulation. This practice may include discrediting the other parent, restricting contact, and creating a hostile environment. The phenomenon can have serious consequences for the child's emotional development, leading to issues with self-esteem, relationships, and mental health. Legislation in many countries seeks to protect children and punish parental alienation, promoting healthy coexistence with both parents.
