Development of Emotional Intelligence of Medical Workers in a Playful Form. Board Game "Understand Me if You Can"

In recent years, studies by Russian authors have noted the need to develop and implement special training tools that promote the development of emotional competencies in healthcare workers, including the use of training, gaming and simulation technologies. The developed Board Game allows for the formation and development of the competence of "Relationship Management and Communication with Stakeholders" in participants in accordance with the competency model of healthcare management personnel (Naigovzina N.B., et al., 2022).
