Smart xEMS Communication Model based on Space-scale Data Analysis for Carbon-Neutral
This paper proposes a suitable solution for sustainable, environmentally friendly energy use and achieving carbon neutrality through a customized smart xEMS communication model based on HEMS, BEMS, and CEMS by spatial scale. It aims to operate xEMS O&M and reduce carbon emissions by analyzing the amount of energy used, user connections, and environmental information in spaces defined at the city-scale, building-scale, and small-scale space level. This paper presents the smart xEMS communication model through energy data analysis by spatial scale and its contribution to realizing future carbon neutrality. It studies the connectivity analysis between energy data by space, xEMS operation based on predictions, and carbon emission reduction through stabilized energy use. As a result, it can reduce carbon emissions equivalent to the level of 117,872 trees from the absorption perspective. This way, it is expected to respond to future spatial environmental climate change, manage carbon levels, achieve carbon neutral, secure economic power centered on the smart xEMS communication model based on energy data, and build a carbon-neutral city. Continuous research on achieving carbon neutrality will contribute to stabilizing energy O&M and reducing carbon emissions.
