Identification of Protease Producing Bacteria From Fish Gut.

Identification and characterization of protease producing bacteria was carried out by using skim milk, peptone gelatin agar.The highest protease activity producing bacteria was identified by 16S rRNA which shows homologous to Acinetobacteria species.The 16S rRNA gene sequence of the isolate then submitted to gene bank got an accession number OR461710.The identified bacteria was Acinetobacter.amyessi.
