Design of Fire Alarm Devices for Wooden-Structured Ancient Buildings Based on Service Design
This study aims to explore how traditional wooden structures in ancient buildings can be integrated with modern early warning systems. Modern fire alarm sensors are categorized into four types: embedded, surface-mounted, wall-mounted, and mobile. The study identifies issues associated with using modern sensors in the context of wooden ancient buildings. Based on service design, and considering user psychology and daily behaviors, the study combines a user needs model to design fire alarm devices that enhance user experience and are compatible with the style of Chinese ancient architecture.
