A novel design method of Tujia brocade patterns under semantics of expandability
Aiming at the problems such as cultural connotations in ethnic patterns are difficult to be quickly transformed and utilized. In this paper, it is proposed to use Extensible semantics to extract, quantitatively analyze, and graphically parse the semantics of pattern primitives, taking Tujia brocade pattern as the research object. The result of optimizing the pattern design process is achieved. Through Extensible semantics combined with the original design method of Tujia Brocade. It is possible to retain the appearance characteristics of the pattern without losing the original cultural connotation, providing a reference path for the protection and development of the heritage of Tujia Brocade culture.
