SOSIALISASI KESIAPAN TENAGA KERJA KONSTRUKSI DALAM PEMBANGUNAN RUMAH TINGGAL DI DESA KALITIMBANG

The Indonesian government continues to improve quality construction development for the Golden Indonesia 2045. Construction development must have a creative and competitive workforce. Then in the construction labor sector it is mandatory to have a work competency certificate to reduce work accidents due to the lack of skilled human resources working. Through the socialization of the readiness of the construction workforce in the construction of residential houses in Kalitimbang village, it is hoped that it can improve the quality of development. The purpose of this activity is to provide insight and understanding for construction workers in Kalitimbang Village to increase the competitiveness of construction workers. The method used in this service is socialization of construction worker empowerment. The results of the counseling in the form of understanding the making of residential houses to construction workers that as many as 80% realized that the importance of being a creative and competitive workforce.
