PENGEMBANGAN OLAHAN NANAS GAMBUT DALAM KEBERLANJUTAN PROGRAM ZERO WASTE PADA KELOMPOK USAHA TANI TUNAS MAKMUR

Tunas Makmur Farmer Group is a peatland pineapple farming group with the farming run by the farmer group being zero waste pineapple farming. In its development, farmer groups have not been able to maximize the results of derivatives from pineapple peat, especially derivatives from processing pineapple leaves for creative craft products. This is due to farmer groups' lack of knowledge and skills in processing pineapple leaves. Apart from that, the group's ability to market the pineapple derivative products that have been produced is still lacking. This service aims to provide training in processing pineapple leaves into creative craft products and entrepreneurship assistance for the Tunas Makmur Farmers Group. Several methods are used in carrying out this service activity, namely counseling in introducing the advantages of pineapple and its derivatives, discussions to discover the potential possessed by farmer groups, and practical methods in processing pineapple leaves to make them into creative craft products. The Community Service activities carried out have resulted in the achievement of the zero waste pineapple peat program for the Tunas Makmur Farmers Group. Farmer groups have knowledge and skills in utilizing pineapple leaves into creative products with selling value and knowledge in marketing the products produced.
