Entropy generation analysis in greenhouse environmental system
Abstract To minimize energy loss in a greenhouse environmental system, analyzing the entropy generation within the system is crucial. Based on the established mathematical model of the greenhouse environment, entropy generation in the greenhouse environment system is analyzed, and the irreversible energy loss in the greenhouse environment system is determined by viscous flow, heat and mass transfer. In the closed greenhouse environment at night, internal temperature change is small, and total entropy generation rate is small. Under different ventilation conditions during the day, the entropy generation is mainly concentrated near the ventilation window, with larger ventilation areas leading to higher entropy generation rates.
