Navigating complexity: healthcare providers’ experiences with integrating physical health promotion in psychosis outpatient services in Sweden
Beyond organizational factors, healthcare providers' skills, patient understanding, and ethical reflection influence their motivation to engage in physical health promotion. The study included only 13 participants, representing various professions, including managers who provided specific leadership perspectives. Clinical case managers appear well-suited to address physical health promotion due to their proficiency in shared decision-making and coordination.
