ECOLOGO-PHYSIOLOGICAL APPROACH FOR ORGANISM FUNCTION’S ASSESSMENT OF WORKERS IN GEOLOGICAL PROSPECTING EXPEDITIONS DURING MERIDIAN MOVEMENT BETWEEN MIDDLE LATITUDES AND ARCTIC REGION

Background. To define the peculiarities for compensatory and adaptive mechanisms formation and healthcare technologies development for different forms of working activity in Arctic region conditions is an actual problem nowadays. The aim of researches is to present complex climate and physiological assessment for daily fluctuations of season meteorological factors dynamics. To identify their influence on cardiovascular system and psych-physiological workers’ conditions in geological prospecting expeditions during meridian movement Tyumen (570 09` a.w.) – Yamal (710 11` a.w.). Methods. There is a complex research for 115 males 20-40 years old in average width conditions (initial data) and working movement in Arctic region. The research included registration of main cardiovascular system data (CVF, BP, middle dynamics, pulse BP), EKG in standard single-pole and strengthened parts, psych-physiological researches (personal and situational anxiety definition, stress state diagnostics, self-control and liability regulation). The data are for climatic contrast research in West- Siberian regions. There is an analysis of meteorological data and geomagnetic activity according to eight times measurement daily and during 12 months in 11 years using common system of meteorological stations in Tyumen and Kharasovy. Results. During meridian movement between middle latitudes and Artic region the initial level of cardiovascular system data variations (desynchronosis) and psych-physiological conditions depend on interregional climatic contrast and the difference of phase range characteristics for daily rhythms of meteorological data during the first and last destinations. There is an interaction in the system “meteorological rhythms”. Conclusion. It demands to create regional norms for healthy human time-physical data in specific climatic conditions and to observe their variations during meridian movement to middle width of Arctic region in different seasons. It is for effective monitoring of disaggregational disorders and for the forecast of possible pathological formation.
