Based on the structural and psychological analysis, it was found that the differences in the structures of the studied qualities are differentiated by gender. A high level of systemic organization of indicators of emotional intelligence in men negates the devastating effects of mental burnout syndrome. The developed structure of indicators of emotional intelligence in the group of women exacerbates mental burnout.
