Orthopedic management of hip dysplasia in newborns
Hip dysplasia in neonates is a common orthopedic condition that can lead to mobility problems if not treated appropriately. Early management of this condition is essential to prevent future complications, such as dislocation and permanent changes to the joint. This study reviews orthopedic approaches to the treatment of hip dysplasia in neonates, highlighting methods such as the use of orthoses and, in more severe cases, surgical interventions. The literature review seeks to present the most recent evidence to guide early diagnosis and effective management.
