PARTILHANDO EXPERIÊNCIAS NO PROCESSO DE ENSINAR E APRENDER NA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA E PROFISSIONAL

Abstract: The idea of ​​proposing an extension course for the community arose from the discussions held in the Specialization in Teaching for Professional Education course, specifically in the curricular unit Research and Extension in Professional Education. The general objective of this action was to enable students, employees and the target audience, specifically professionals in basic education and professional education, to reflect on the challenges experienced in the daily life of the teaching and learning process in basic and professional education. In this way, carrying out the extension activity mobilized a group of students who were willing to investigate the proposal for an extension course in order to offer an online course that would meet the training needs of teachers inserted in the context of basic and professional education. This action offered 10 mini-courses, offered weekly, to the community, which took place remotely through the Youtube platform, from October to December 2021, based on a survey carried out by students of the themes in which the target audience had a need to expand your knowledge. In this sense, this extension course made it possible to discuss themes that represented the challenges in the teaching and learning process for professionals in basic and professional education. Finally, it is noteworthy that in addition to contributing to the training of these students, the course also provided around 400 people from the external community with reflection on the challenges they experience in the daily life of the teaching and learning process in basic and professional education.
