Disparity landscapes of viral-induced structural variations in HCC: Mechanistic characterization and functional implications
Our study uncovered the different levels of clonal enrichment of HBV integration and identified mechanistic insights and prognostic biomarkers. This strengthens our understanding of HBV-associated hepatocarcinogenesis.
