Research on calibration method of accelerometer error coefficient based on field experiment

In order to solve the problem that the calibration of accelerometer error coefficient generally relies on highprecision turntable and the calibration equipment is expensive, a 12-position calibration method based on turntable-free is proposed. Firstly, the error model of the triaxial accelerometer is modeled, and the error coefficients of the accelerometer such as bias, scale factor, and installation declination angle are calculated. Then, through the reasonable design of the transposition path, offset the uneven errors of the table, so as to avoid the influence of the table precision on the calibration accuracy. Finally, the feasibility is verified by experiments, and the calibrated error coefficient is compensated. The experimental results show that the output values of X and Z axis in the field experiment are increased by 1-2 orders of magnitude, and the accuracy of the error coefficient is stable at 10-5, which is roughly equivalent to the experimental results in the laboratory.1
