High robust signal processing method based on sensor pulse energy compression aggregation

There are widespread interference factors in the industrial environment, such as high-power wind turbines, shield tunneling machines, and other devices. In the sensing measurement of heavy-duty transmission systems, oil and metal chips are inevitable, which interfere with the direct measurement of transmission parameters and restrict the accurate diagnosis of transmission faults. Facing the problem, this paper proposes a signal processing method for sensing pulse energy compression aggregation for direct measurement of angular displacement in transmission parameters. This method uses a linear frequency modulation signal modulated with spatial position information as a sensing signal, Suppress the aforementioned interference noise at the receiving end through energy compression, and concentrates the main energy of the sensing signal within the range of compressed pulse width, thereby improving the signal-to-noise ratio. The simulation experimental results show that when the carrier frequency f0 is set to 1kHz and the pulse value is 25ms, add a noise signal of the same power, Under the same conditions, the signal-to-noise ratio of compressed aggregation can be 45dB greater than that of classical time grating sensor’s, ensuring the robustness of direct measurement of transmission parameters
