A Мodular approach to the development of additional professional education programs for the training of medical specialists: analysis and prospects.
The modular principle of building programs of additional professional education (DPE) is becoming more and more relevant and in demand in the training of medical specialists. This principle involves dividing the educational program into small autonomous modules, each of which focuses on specific competencies, knowledge and skills. This approach allows you to organize training more flexibly, take into account the needs and interests of employers and students, as well as ensure effective mastering of the material. The purpose of the article is to analyze the modular principle of building DPO programs for the training of medical specialists. We will consider the basic principles of the modular approach, its advantages and disadvantages, as well as the prospects of modularity in improving the quality of training specialists in the medical field. Materials and methods. As part of this study, we analyzed the experience of using the modular principle of building advanced training and professional retraining programs at the Department (nursing Management) at the branch of the Military Medical Academy in Moscow (VmedA in Moscow). Results. When analyzing the data, there is an increase in the level of knowledge demonstrated during testing both in the whole period of the study (by 2.4%) and in the context of individual groups formed by areas of training in specialties/specializations (74% of groups showed an increase in the effectiveness of training in a modular system compared with the classical one). Conclusions. The analysis of the modular principle of building additional professional education programs for the training of medical specialists is important to ensure their professional growth, compliance with modern requirements and improvement of the quality of medical care, which makes this topic relevant and scientifically significant.
