Increasing the certainty of prototype models of medical organizations using functional-parametric analysis to initialize variable elements of the project from the point of view of a systems approach.
Modeling the management activities of medical organizations by identifying possible prototype models when implementing projects is a technologically complex, but relevant subject of research. The purpose of this research is to search for tools and mechanisms for establishing information certainty for making management decisions, visualizing design processes by selecting optimal options for prototype models. Materials and methods. The information base for the study was federal and regional regulatory legal acts published in the legislative reference and legal systems of the Russian Federation, and electronic resources. Theoretical (analysis, modeling, comparison) and empirical (observation, assessment of information sources) approaches using the method of functional-parametric analysis were used as research methods. Results. The development of theoretical aspects of project process management for the description, formalization, regulation of the modeled object are objective prerequisites for practical digital integration. The main objectives of the study are to define general concepts for the preliminary formalization (selection) of algorithms, initialize variable elements and increase the certainty of prototype models of a medical organization.Creating a prototype(s) with a description of the parameters and elements of the modeled object (node-function-object), amenable to formalization, and therefore codification, makes it possible to virtually manage the project processes and create a digital version of the object using functional-parametric analysis from the point of view of a systems approach. The main scientific result of the study is the prototype models of medical organizations for standard management processes. The scope of application is the management of project processes by medical organizations in the field of regional healthcare, with justification for the need for information support for making management decisions in the context of digital transformation. Conclusion. The possibility of using elements (node-function-object) in the process of modeling design activity, for which the parameters obtained using functional-parametric analysis are known, allows you to identify nodes and, accordingly, determine functions and objects for them. In turn, determining the parameters of a functional prototype of an object (medical organization) with a characteristic set of corresponding discrete categories allows you to manage design processes in the healthcare industry.
