Weight Analysis of Physical Activity and Psychological Quality Cultivation Mechanism Factors Using AHP Techniques
The purpose of this study is to establish an evaluation system for the mechanisms that affect the development of psychological qualities of physical activity in college students and to provide effective data to set the direction of physical education learning. For the purpose of the study, evaluation factors related to physical activity and psychological qualities were set, and questions consisting of pairwise comparisons were asked to a panel of 50 college students according to the AHP technique to derive weights and priorities. As a result of the analysis, the relative weight and detailed evaluation factors for each evaluation area were identified, and the order of confidence and initiative, metacognition, independence and will, emotional expression, and emotional adaptation of the top 16 evaluation factors was confirmed. The results of this study have academic significance in quantifying the weight of evaluation factors by classifying and systematizing evaluation indicators for selecting goals and means of physical activity, and suggest that there is a scientific basis for selecting means for conducting physical education classes.
