In the present conditions, the development of new directions, mechanisms and measures for the development of hightech exports through the development of innovative SMEs seems to be the most urgent task of research. Abstract

The relevance of this research topic is dictated by the increasing sanctions pressure of Western countries on the economy of Russian regions. This pressure has a multifaceted effect on various levels of the country's economic organization [1, 2]. On the one hand, there are additional opportunities for developing domestic and external demand for military and dual-use products, as well as expanding access to the markets of friendly countries [3, 4], on the other hand, there is a sanctions restriction of access to the markets of Western countries [5, 6]. In the present conditions, the development of new directions, mechanisms and measures for the development of hightech exports through the development of innovative SMEs seems to be the most urgent task of research. This study is updated in the regional context, in particular, for the Republic of Bashkortostan. The objectives of the study are: establishment of directions, mechanisms and measures for the development of high-tech exports of the regions of Russia and the Republic of Bashkortostan under the sanctions pressure of Western countries; development of directions, mechanisms and measures for the development of innovative SMEs in the regions of Russia and the Republic of Bashkortostan under the sanctions pressure of Western countries.
