ON THE ISSUE OF PRESERVING THE BULK PROPERTIES OF FREEZING DISPERSE MATERIALS

For industrial and transport industries, it is of great importance to solve the problem of freezing of wet bulk materials when transporting them in winter. A significant share of the total volume of transportation of these goods freezes. Therefore, the development of methods for predicting the thermal regime of bulk cargo, measures to prevent their freezing and restore flowability is an important task. This work is related to testing and testing the capabilities of mathematical modeling and forecasting the dynamic processing of bulk cargo stored in open areas under conditions of applying influences (mixing) that prevent their complete or partial freezing. A mathematical model has been presented and tested that makes it possible to study and solve practical problems related to the contact and thermal interaction of mixed or fragmented bulk materials in the presence of phase transformations, which ensures the determination of the start time of mixing and the required number of repetitions depending on the conditions set.
