A Study on the Phonetic Variation of Wuqi Dialect

Wuqi County is a county under the jurisdiction of Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province. Wuqi dialect belongs to the transitional zone between Jin dialect and Central Plains Mandarin, and has language contact with neighboring areas, so there is a certain uniqueness and complexity in language variation. This article focuses on the variation of Wuqi dialect, based on the theory of linguistic variation by using face to face interviews, telephone interviews, questionnaire surveys and other methods. The characteristics and reasons of pharmaceutical variation in Wuqi dialect will be analyzed, aiming to provide a new perspective for the study of Wuqi dialect and further enrich the research materials of Wuqi dialect.
