The effects of Fekdenkris training on Changes in Pulse Stress, Cumulative Fatigue and Physical Vitality in College Students
The purpose of this study obtained the following conclusions as a result of measuring and analyzing changes pulse stress, cumulative fatigue, and physical vitality for 9 students who were treated with Feldenkrais for 8weeks as male students attending colleges and 13 students in the control group who did not treat anything. Pules stress decreased by 14.13% after 8 weeks of Feldenkrais treatment, and also decreased by 11.06% in the control group, but there was no statistical significance in both groups. The cumulative fatigue increased by 3.33% after Feldenkrais treatment, while the control group showed an increase of 10.55%, but there was no statistical significance. Physical vitality decreased by 3.03% after Feldenkrais treatment and 5.11% in the control group, respectively, but there was no statistical significance. Combining the above results, it was found that Feldenkrais treatment reduced pulse stress in male college students, increased sympathetic nervous activity(cumulative fatigue) and decreased autonomic nervous activity(physical vitality) less than the control group.
