Optical Trapping of Few‐Layered Materials on Solid Substrates for In Situ and Dynamic Fabrication (Laser Photonics Rev. 18(9)/2024)
In article number 2400384, Zhangxing Shi and co-workers demonstrate optical trapping of few-layered materials on solid substrates, with minimum thickness of ~1.9 nm (tri-layer MoS 2 ).The underlying mechanism relies on photothermal shockinduced thermal gradient force traps.Complex and precise motion control including translation and rotation is achieved, thereby facilitating in situ construction of homo-and heterostructure and dynamic modulation of nanowire lasing spectra.
