Finite-time synchronization of neutral type fractional-order bidirectional associative memory neural networks with delays via adaptive feedback control strategy
This article is devoted to investigating the finite-time synchronization of neutral type fractional-order Bidirectional Associative Memory neural networks with delays via adaptive feedback control strategy. A sufficient condition which ensures the finite-time synchronization of these networks based on a state feedback control scheme is deduced using the generalized Gronwall–Bellman inequality. A new lemma with novel finite-time stability inequality is developed first. On the basis of a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and new computational techniques, finite time synchronization criteria are formulated for the corresponding real-valued drive and response system models. In many practical applications, it is important to remain the states within a certain bound during a specific time-interval. Thus, the finitetime behavior of the networks is more important than the asymptotic behavior of the networks. The investigation on finite-time synchronization for fractional-order bidirectional associative memory neural networks with time delays has important theoretical value and practical significance. Three numerical examples illustrate the feasibility and the effectiveness of the deduced sufficient criteria.
