EP07.64: Isolated agnathia–otocephaly complex: a rare case
A 35-year-old woman was referred with reported polyhydramnios at 32 weeks of gestation. Our ultrasound revealed that agnathia, microstomia and synotia. Family history was unremarkable. Parents rejected termination of pregnancy. At 35 weeks of gestation because of massive polyhydramnios amniodrainage was performed and 2,000 cc amniotic fluid was removed. At 36 weeks of gestation an emergency Caesarean section was performed because of cord prolapsus. Baby died shortly after the delivery despite all the interventions of pediatricians.
