EP21.39: Clinical case presenting a rare variation of twin ectopic pregnancy: correlations between sonographic and endoscopic findings
We describe a case of a rare variant of twin ectopic pregnancy with simultaneous ipsilateral interstitial and isthmic implantation. The patient, a 40-year-old woman, had primary infertility for 10 years. Ultrasound images, as well as endoscopic photo and video files, are provided. Simultaneous review of both ultrasound and endoscopic images is beneficial for diagnostic experience and competency of the sonologist.
