EP14.31: Two years' observation of complicated twin pregnancy after pandemic era in Indonesia

The incidence of complicated twin pregnancy in Indonesia still questioned. Harapan Kita hospital as national referral hospital for twin pregnancy in Indonesia. The data was collected from 2022 to 2023 when the pandemic era was over. We had 239 cases of complicated twin pregnancy. This study was a descriptive cross-sectional study which held in Harapan Kita Hospital in January 2022 to December 2023. These data show characteristic of complicated twin pregnancy distribution in Harapan Kita maternity and children hospital in Jakarta. Understanding these patterns of transition can aid in early detection and intervention to optimise perinatal outcomes in twin pregnancy.
