OC09.06: Quantitative study of McGoon index and Z‐scores in fetuses with right ventricular outflow tract obstruction

To explore the value of Z-score and McGoon index (MGI) in the diagnosis of fetal right ventricular outflow tract obstruction (RVOTO). Sixty-seven fetuses with RVOTO and 70 controls were enrolled. The RVOTO group was divided into 4 groups according to RVOTO degree: mild PS(MPS), moderate and severe PS(MSPS), TOF and PA Atresia(PAA).The results AO Z- score, PA Z- score, LPA Z- score, RPA Z- score and MGI were compared among five groups. There were significant difference in the Z-scores of PA, RPA and AO between control group and MPS group (P<0.05). There were significant differences in MGI and Z-score among control group, MSPS, TOF and PAA groups (all P<0.05).There were significant differences in the Z-scores of PA and LPA between MPS group and MSPS group (all P<0.05). There were significant differences in MGI and AO, PA, LAP, RPA Z-scores between MPS group and TOF group(all P<0.05). The Z-scores of MGI, PA and LPA in MPS group were significantly different from those in PAA group (all P<0.05). There was significant difference in AO Z-score between MSPS group and TOF group (P<0.05). There was significant difference of Z-scores of RPA and AO between MSPS and PAA group (all P<0.05). There was significant difference in RPA Z-score between TOF group and PAA group (P<0.05). MGI and Z-score provide reference information for accurate assessing development of pulmonary vasculatures between normal group and RVOTO fetuses, in the comparison between groups with similar degree of RVOT, Z-score is superior to MGI.
